A fine experience at a budget hotel located in a lovely area. the staff is amiable and very accommodating towards all guests. the rooms are great-sized and come with a work table, making them comfortable for any stay. Breakfast features outstanding food, adding to the positive experience. the hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of everything you need.

The rooms are well-equipped, including a work table and air conditioning, and the location is fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants nearby.

We had the double room which was great-sized and air conditioned. Booked it for $ 148. The location couldn't be more convenient close to Accor stadium.

Great location, close to ANZ stadium. Excellent dinner - chicken schnitzel was wonderful. Surprisingly quiet for a Friday night. Bistro food was delicious.

Located near a popular stadium, this hotel provides comfort all around. the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. the staff is friendly and welcoming, always happy to assist with any queries. Breakfast is delicious and there is plenty of parking available.

Only one bathroom/shower per 14 rooms.

The free parking was a big plus and the location was fantastic, providing easy access to nearby attractions. the rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

The noise from other guests made it difficult to sleep. the rooms were lacking basic amenities like mugs for the kettle and the walls and doors were visibly dirty.

During my stay, I was impressed with the outstanding service from the staff at this hotel. They were always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I also enjoyed dining at the restaurant on-site, where the food was consistently delicious and good value for money.
